Danielle Gurcan, Senior President

Danielle Gurcan is a Senior Vocal Music Education major studying under Professor Deborah Montgomery. She is from Whippany, New Jersey, where she graduated from Whippany Park High School. She is very excited to be serving on the ACDA board for her 3rd year.
Danielle has been a member of the Ithaca College Chorus and Choir under the direction of Dr. Sean Linfors, as well as the Ithaca College Treble Choir under the direction of Dr. Janet Galván. In addition, Danielle is currently serving as the SERV chair for the Lambda chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon, a professional international music fraternity.
Hand in hand with Danielle’s love of music is her love of theatre and dance. Danielle has spent her summers working at theatre camps. A highlight has been running her own theatre camp for two consecutive years with a friend from high school, where she served as the music director and choreographer. She loves music and can’t wait to spend her life sharing that with others.
