Mary Tehan, Secretary
Mary Tehan is a Senior Vocal Music Education Major studying underneath Professor Patrice Pastore. She is from New Hartford, New York, where she graduated from New Hartford Senior High School. She participated in the NYSSMA All-State Mixed Chorus as well as performing as the vocal soloist at St. Louis Gonzaga Church.
This past year, Mary was a member of the Ithaca College Treble Chorale and the Ithaca College Choir under the direction of Dr. Janet Galván. She also teaches private vocal and piano lessons and is involved in musical theatre. This year, she is very excited to serve on the ACDA board.
Mary hopes to teach both general and vocal music to students of all ages in her future. She hopes to spread her passion for music education to her students and inspire young learners.
