Victoria Devine, Public Relations Chair

Victoria Devine is a Junior Vocal Music Education Major with a Graphic Design minor, in the studio of Dr. Rachel Schutz. She is from Rockville Centre, New York, where she graduated from South Side High School. Prior to coming to Ithaca College, Victoria sang in the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra Choir for several years, was invited to many All-County Festivals, sang in the All-State Mixed Chorus Ensemble at the 2017 NYSSMA Conference, and sang in her high school Chamber Singers Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Doreen Fryling.
At Ithaca College, Victoria sang in the Ithaca College Chorus for two years under the direction of Dr. Sean Linfors, and is currently a member of the Ithaca College Treble Chorale under the direction of Dr. Hana Cai. She also sang in the Opus Ithaca Odyssey Choir last year, under the direction of Melissa Rooklidge. Additionally, she plays piano in the Ithaca College Jazz Lab Band under the direction of Bill Tiberio, and accompanied the Intergenerational Choir last semester under the direction of Melodia Rinaldi.
Victoria is ecstatic to be on the ACDA E-Board for her second year, serving as a
Public Relations Chair! She hopes to share her passion for music and education
with everyone around her, and learn so much more about becoming a music
educator.
